Our Lead Pastor, Darren Pilcher, has a bachelor’s degree in pastoral ministries, a master’s degree in organizational leadership and has written discipleship materials used by many churches. Darren and his wife, Michelle, have been the lead pastors of two other churches in Oklahoma and have served on pastoral teams at churches in Texas and Colorado. Most recently Darren served as the director of Missions and Executive Pastor for the Oklahoma District of the Assemblies of God. He continues to serve as founder and director of Century Leadership, a leadership development culture whose vision is to build leaders for the next one hundred years. 
 
Darren and Michelle met at Southwestern Assemblies of God University and were soon married. They celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary in November 2019. Ministry together has been their joy – loving people, developing leaders, and traveling to nearly 30 countries of the world to encourage and serve missionaries and their families. But their greatest joy is in their two children – Ethan and Emma.
